Aligning solutions to meet your business needs

Since 1997, Aligned Solutions has been providing practical solutions to your commercial management problems.

From strategic planning, to bid writing, negotiation and project management, our people have the experience and knowledge to help your staff to excel.

We are based in the North East of England, but we work in the public and private sector throughout the UK. Our clients span local and central government, small businesses and multinationals, charities, training organisations, consultancies and all five of the prestigious universities of the North East.

We work by transferring knowledge to your people, either through our consultancy or by our training workshops. We don't call them 'courses' - our workshops use 'active learning' to engage the delegate, using case studies and practical examples to embed learning for the long term. Our course materials are renowned for their detail and practicality and we believe that training should be fun. Several of our workshops use the latest on-line resources to provide a continuing experience of learning and knowledge. 

You will also find us flexible - you are the customer and we do our best to provide solutions at a time and place that are best for you. If an in-house workshop, tailored to your particular needs, is your best solution, then we are delighted to do that. If we cannot help, for whatever reason, we're happy to point you toward someone who can.
