We hold the necessary business insurances that you would expect, with Employer's Liability (£10m), Public Liability (£2m) and Professional Indemnity Insurance (£250,000) being provided by Hiscox, whom we have dealt with for many years. During our work, we adhere to the belief that continuous improvement for our clients means that we must transfer knowledge to their people for their long term use. We adhere to the principles of 'Delivering value from consultancy' as laid out in the Office of Government Commerce/Management Consultancies Association/Institute of Management Consultancy best practice guide for public sector clients and suppliers. Specifically:
- A business case must exist for the delivery of all benefits to a client
- A specification must describe what is to be done and what success should look like
- Engagement must mean working together in a culture of understanding, collaboration and flexibility
- Relationships are developed and managed to underpin the delivery of value
- Successful delivery depends on supplier and client performance, the application of good practice and a 'one-team' approach to responsibility for achieving the desired outcome.
We are always keen to take part in post-project reviews, where lessons learned can be captured and applied in the future.
For several years, Aligned Solutions has worked with the Business Link organisation as an approved supplier. We hold the following approvals:
